⢠Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion ⢠Ensure successful delivery within budget, on time, and to quality standards ⢠Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations ⢠Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks ⢠Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success ⢠Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
đŻ Requirements
⢠Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope, and complexity for ECC and S/4HANA ⢠Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources ⢠Ability to lead teams in complex environments involving multi-vendors, complex client organization structures, and geographically distributed teams ⢠Experience working with global teams and leading locally and remotely based consultants ⢠In-depth knowledge of setting up programs for success across IT, Business, and Change components ⢠Ability to define well-structured program delivery frameworks and apply them practically ⢠Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders ⢠Ability to lead teams preparing large proposals and program plans, and facilitate leverage differentiators such as consulting frameworks ⢠Ability to articulate value-based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations ⢠Substantial proven experience in client-facing consulting roles ⢠Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for varied audiences ⢠Project-related mobility and willingness to travel
