📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of software development projects. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations. • Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations. • Continuously improve delivery processes and execution standards. • Act as the primary point of contact for executive client stakeholders. • Build trusted long-term partnerships. • Lead strategic conversations around delivery, roadmap, and business priorities. • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. • Support business development initiatives within existing accounts. • Drive account profitability and Gross Profit Margin (GPM) targets. • Hire, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing delivery teams. • Conduct performance reviews and career development conversations. • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Handle performance management when required. • Manage project budgets and forecasts. • Optimize resource allocation across multiple engagements. • Monitor delivery health, utilization, and financial performance. • Implement delivery best practices and scalable frameworks. • Drive continuous process improvements. • Promote AI-powered ways of working across delivery teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management • Minimum 3 recent years in Technical Delivery or Program Management • 5+ years managing executive-level client relationships • 5+ years leading software engineering teams • 5+ years working in a software consultancy environment • Previous hands-on experience in Software Development or QA • Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices • Experience delivering both greenfield products and legacy modernization initiatives • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Commercial mindset with experience growing client accounts • Proven ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts • Fluent English (written and spoken) • AI-forward mindset and curiosity about emerging technologies • Willingness to travel to the U.S. up to 4–6 weeks annually.
