📋 Description
• Translate market trends, customer requirements, and product vision into detailed specifications and effectively communicate these to development teams. • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, guiding them through the development lifecycle, clarifying requirements, and recommending solutions. • Collaborate with software engineering teams to prioritize tasks, estimate timelines, and plan sprint deliverables. • Partner with program and project management teams to monitor feature implementation and ensure milestone achievement. • Develop and execute structured test plans for prototype software validation. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud-based services, APIs, and web-based engineering tools. • Conduct engineering tests and coordinate software proofs-of-concept (POCs) to evaluate feasibility and applicability. • Lead project management activities from initiation to launch, managing KPIs and project plans across cost, quality, time, delivery, and methodology. • Coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee deliverables to meet project objectives. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues as needed. • Establish best practices and tools to enhance project execution efficiency. • Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers. • Ensure compliance with Product Development Process requirements.
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience. • Demonstrated success in delivering international projects, including ownership of business targets and industrialization. • PMP or PRINCE2 certification. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
