📋 Description

• Translate scientific communications into highly accurate and engaging design deliverables across multiple channels • Develop a wide range of production design deliverables • Interpret briefs and negotiate timelines with team members • Build relationships and support a one-team approach • Support the wider creative team with workload management • Follow processes to maximize efficiency • Ensure work adheres to branding guidelines • Collaborate with team members to meet output requirements and quality standards • Review team members’ work when required • Maintain regular contact with account teams to confirm projects and negotiate timelines • Deliver work to a consistently high standard, on time, and within budget • Report to the Senior Production Designer

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe InDesign and Illustrator • In-depth knowledge of PowerPoint, including advanced formatting tools, interactivity, and animation • Graphic design skills and efficiency across Adobe and Microsoft products • Strong appreciation for great design and a well-developed eye for quality and effectiveness • Ability to adapt to fast-paced agency and client requirements • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver them on time, on brief, and on budget • Keen eye for accuracy in detail and design • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to take an effective brief and understand requirements • Ability to work closely with account team colleagues to ensure scientific accuracy • Ability to lead by example and align the wider team with agency values • MedComms or Healthcare industry experience preferred but not essential • Open to working either a late shift or a night shift
