📋 Description
• Define and execute the Data & Technology strategy in line with business goals • Lead, coach, and manage the Data, Analytics, Development, and Business Analysis teams • Establish and enforce data governance, coding, and delivery standards • Chair the steering committee to prioritise initiatives and allocate resources • Oversee system stability, ensuring zero extended outages and effective incident management • Manage technology budgets, cloud costs, and vendor relationships • Drive adoption of agile delivery methods and standardised processes across all teams • Act as an escalation point for data, analytics, and system delivery issues • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement • Prepare regular performance reports for the CEO/Head of Strategy and executive leadership
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline • Postgraduate qualification (MBA, M.Sc.) desirable • 10+ years of experience in data and technology leadership roles • Proven track record of building and scaling technology teams and systems • Experience in cloud, data governance, analytics, and agile delivery • Healthcare sector or regulated industry exposure is advantageous
