Innolizer GmbH is a small Ulm-based consultancy that helps businesses automate routine processes by connecting existing programs (ERP, email, Excel, specialist systems) and applying AI where it adds value. They focus on automating data entry, routing, approvals and exception handling without replacing core systems, providing a Process‑Hub for visibility and decision points. Their engagement model emphasizes first calculating whether automation pays off (free 30‑minute initial conversation), running workshops, delivering an initial measurable automation, and then expanding and operating solutions on‑premises or in German/European datacenters. They prioritize using customers' existing tools, open solutions, documented handover, and local or private AI models for sensitive data.
