📋 Description

• Implement systems for clients, ensuring the installation, configuration, and testing of contracted modules • Conduct training and refresher sessions on system use, managing the process from start to finish • Test implementation modules and functionalities before their release and deployment • Manage implementation documentation, ensuring the validation and signing of forms and reports • Provide technical support to clients by phone, email, chat, and corporate WhatsApp • Open and document support tickets, recording system requests, defects, and bugs, and directing them to the appropriate teams • Monitor support tickets and ensure clients receive responses within the agreed timeframes • Provide technical support to partner resellers • Visit clients to monitor their interaction with and satisfaction with the solutions • Act as a liaison between the client and Inovadora, translating expectations into valuable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Basic computer skills (Windows and Linux) • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues while ensuring customer satisfaction • Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree is a plus • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to travel • Knowledge of regulations, manuals, and programs issued by the Brazilian Ministry of Health and ANS • Customer service • Verbal and written communication • Problem-solving
