📋 Description

• Analyze, model, and document processes for automation using leading BPM platforms on the market • Analyze and specify processes for robotic automation using leading RPA platforms on the market • Identify opportunities to apply AI, and design and specify the corresponding solutions • Identify and define the requirements scope for process automation solutions • Conduct system acceptance testing with clients • Train clients on various BPM topics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Systems Technology and Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field • Experience in process modeling and analysis • Requirements gathering and specification • Experience in systems/business analysis within IT • Proficiency in BPMN notation and modeling tools such as Bizagi • Intermediate English proficiency • CBPP or OCEB v2 certification (a plus) • Postgraduate degree or MBA in the field (a plus) • Experience with data modeling/analysis and data mining (a plus) • Experience with web projects (a plus) • Relational modeling and UML (a plus)
