📋 Description

• Design the operations, logistics, and participant journey strategy for LIDERA, FqT, FdG, and CEO Talks • Source, negotiate with, and contract venues • Select the internal teams required for participation, such as security, employee experience, and mobility • Hire the operations and logistics agency • Provide direction to the operations and logistics agency • Define the participant list • Design and execute the logistics plan, identifying opportunities and negotiating with suppliers • Select food and beverage offerings, plan tastings, and communicate dishes and dietary restrictions • Manage additional meetings related to the event, including rooms for VPs • Manage the LIDERA operations and logistics budget • Manage the registration website • Manage the participant database • Identify and propose improvements for the workstream at the next event

🎯 Requirements

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously across Rituals and event planning • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on process quality • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong teamwork skills • Systems thinking and a holistic view of the participant journey • Ability to anticipate problems • Ability to work effectively in challenging environments and resolve unforeseen issues • Preferred: previous experience working on Grupo Boticário events, either at an agency or in-house
