📋 Description

• Configure systems in a cloud environment (OCI) • Maintain and monitor virtual machines (VMs) • Work with Active Directory and Office 365 • Provide N2 support for SQL Server and IIS, diagnosing issues in customer environments • Maintain and monitor the internal database server • Perform SQL Server restores requested by the Service Desk team • Occasionally work outside regular business hours

🎯 Requirements

• Windows and Linux operating systems • Knowledge of networking (Proxy/VPN/DNS) • Knowledge of backup solutions • Intermediate to advanced troubleshooting skills for on-premises/Azure SQL Server; tuning knowledge is a plus • Intermediate to advanced troubleshooting skills for IIS; tuning knowledge is a plus • A plus: knowledge of Azure DevOps 2019 on-premises • A plus: experience migrating on-premises Azure environments to Azure Cloud • A plus: knowledge of automation • A plus: experience working with the Unimed system • This position is also open to people with disabilities (PwD)
