📋 Description

• Own and deliver complex, multi-team technology programs from planning through launch • Build end-to-end program plans including goals, milestones, value slicing, roadmaps, and critical paths • Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, and integration boundaries proactively • Translate business and technical goals into clear scope and measurable outcomes • Define and track program KPIs to ensure delivery drives business value • Lead RAID reviews, readiness checks, and rollout reviews • Coordinate non-functional requirements including SLA/SLO, security, and operability • Systematize AI usage in program execution, including scenario generation, readiness testing, metrics validation, and reporting • Drive governance mechanisms such as steering committees and decision reviews • Communicate with engineering, product, design, operations, and senior leadership • Mentor Associate TPMs and contribute to team standards and playbooks • Use AI tooling to automate program management tasks such as status reporting and risk monitoring • Coach teams on effective AI adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in technology program management • 4+ years delivering complex, multi-domain programs with measurable business impact • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • Working knowledge of MS Office and Atlassian Jira/Confluence • Basics of SQL/PostgreSQL and at least one programming language • Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services, security fundamentals (VPN/SSL), and MongoDB • Strong command of Agile, Kanban, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies • Proven ability to develop and own initiative roadmaps, delivery plans, and risk registers • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data analysis tools • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders • Fluent English and Polish • Nice to have: Experience managing third-party vendors or consultants • Nice to have: People leadership or mentoring experience • Nice to have: Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business, or related field • Nice to have: PMP, SAFe/Agile, ITIL, Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent certification
