📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients from onboarding through campaign delivery • Build and maintain client relationships by understanding their goals and needs • Address client questions and resolve problems • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services • Manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish • Find and match creators to campaigns with Influencer Marketing Managers • Track campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables • Keep clients and internal teams updated on campaign progress and next steps • Help develop creative ideas for influencer marketing and paid social campaigns • Review briefs and provide feedback with Creative Strategists and Motion Designers • Collaborate with Paid Media Specialists to align content with campaign goals and performance • Ensure creator content meets brand guidelines and campaign requirements • Coordinate content editing and final delivery with Motion Designers • Review content and provide feedback to creators and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in account management, client success, or project management • Experience ideally in an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing • Good understanding of digital marketing, including influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously • Excellent communication skills and experience building and maintaining client relationships • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with different teams • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to solve problems • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and paid media campaigns is a nice to have • Required availability Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time (ET)
