📋 Description

• Support the Netherlands Director in launching new commercial insurance products • Help navigate major end-of-year pricing revamps • Manage the complaints register and ensure escalations and acknowledgments meet Dutch regulatory timelines • Build slide decks and prepare materials for monthly partner and capacity provider meetings • Temporarily own incoming broker and customer inquiries through the end of the year • Provide pragmatic, action-oriented front-line support • Assist the marketing team • Prepare data for internal audits • Support Dutch and European operations • Report directly to the Netherlands Director

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English • Understanding of insurance policy anatomy, including conditions, exclusions, and schedules • Knowledge of the difference between an MGA and a broker • High agency and autonomy • Ability to use and experiment with AI in day-to-day work • Adaptability in a scale-up environment • Right to work in the Netherlands; the employer cannot supply visas • Insurtech / tech platform experience is nice to have • Excel proficiency is nice to have
