📋 Description

• Run the operations side of every search from kick-off to close • Schedule interviews and send client updates • Manage search pace and response rates • Flag risks before they become problems • Write candidate engagement messages and analyze response and interest rates • Turn strong candidate connections into long-term relationships • Identify process friction and feed it back into product development • Test new automations to reduce manual work and improve team operations • Support consultants with pitch decks, track-record materials and compensation benchmarks • Maintain relationships with former clients between mandates • Run The Big Search dinners and events end to end • Run learning and development sessions and share best practices • Report to the Director of Research & Talent Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, ideally in executive search or recruitment • A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience • Strong organisation and ability to keep several projects moving at once • Ability to stay structured under pressure and maintain attention to detail • Comfort with data, Excel and PowerBI • Everyday use of AI tools • Experience with an ATS and outreach tools is a plus • Strong written and spoken English • Ability to make a cold message land and a senior conversation flow • Ownership, precision, empathy, curiosity and initiative
