📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and a clear understanding of their needs • Contribute to strategy development and align expectations to achieve objectives • Collect client feedback, suggest improvements, and reinforce service quality • Drive client loyalty and retention while reducing churn • Coordinate internal teams, ensuring clear understanding of briefs and adherence to deadlines • Keep clients updated through campaign reports and performance results • Manage timelines and budgets, monitoring deadlines and financial allocations • Follow up on and resolve overdue payment issues • Identify opportunities to expand the services provided • Monitor market trends and propose innovations aligned with clients’ businesses • Support automation initiatives across the sales and operations teams
