📋 Description

• Create and optimize Google Business Profiles (formerly Google My Business) for businesses • Ensure profile information is complete and accurate, including business name, address, phone number, categories, and operating hours • Implement relevant keywords for local SEO • Monitor, manage, and strategically respond to customer reviews • Develop strategies to generate more positive reviews • Use tools such as Localo and GBP Check to monitor performance • Track KPIs such as local search visibility, clicks, phone calls, and profile actions • Create performance reports and recommend ongoing improvements • Apply local SEO best practices to improve search rankings • Collaborate with digital marketing teams on campaigns focused on local results • Analyze competitors and identify opportunities • Create and manage regular Google Business Profile posts • Create content aligned with the local strategy and target audience • Train clients and internal team members on profile maintenance and optimization • Provide ongoing support and recommendations to improve local search performance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience optimizing Google Business Profiles (formerly Google My Business) and implementing local SEO strategies, preferably for the U.S. market • Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other monitoring platforms • Strong writing skills to create posts and respond to reviews effectively • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus • Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize results
