📋 Description

• Administer the custom hosting platform, ensuring security, performance, and uptime as site volume scales from dozens to thousands • Perform deep-dive root-cause analysis on customer site issues and apply fixes within the company's hosting configuration • Convert recurring problems, fixes, and edge cases into structured SOPs in the internal playbook system • Use and manage AI agents, including Claude Code, for routine operational tasks • Build validation loops and human safeguards around AI outputs • Manage stable onboarding of customer sites transitioning from plugin-only to fully hosted environments • Communicate in Slack with leadership and engineers to flag risks and recommend system safeguards • Oversee servers and hosted customer sites and resolve complex technical issues

🎯 Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience hosting web applications and WordPress environments • Ability to remain calm and effective during site outages • Ability to investigate root causes rather than relying on surface-level fixes or generic textbook approaches • Enthusiasm for managing AI agents and establishing rigorous human oversight • Willingness to work within the company's specific hosting architecture and internal tooling • High integrity when handling root/admin-level access • Excellent written English for Slack alignment and SOP creation • At least 2 hours of work overlap between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM US Eastern Time • C1 English level required • Resume and audio recording must be submitted in English • Valid Loom video introduction required • Internet speed test screenshot required
