📋 Description

• Embed in Scrum teams to understand how developers, designers, QA engineers, and product managers work • Design AI integration practices tailored to each role • Attend sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and daily Scrum events • Coach teams on Scrum practices, AI adoption, and agile maturity • Design AI-assisted workflows for developers, designers, QA engineers, and product managers • Drive lasting behavioral change beyond one-off training • Build and evolve an AI adoption maturity model • Design engagement loops with gamification, badges, and leaderboards • Cultivate AI champion networks across role groups • Analyze tool value across roles and contexts • Connect AI adoption strategy to near-term actions and long-term organizational maturity goals with leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience • Hands-on experience working in Scrum / Agile teams • Active use of AI-powered tools • Ability to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Metrics-driven mindset • Hands-on experience with change management or organizational learning • High autonomy and comfort with ambiguity
