📋 Description

• Review and edit content produced by the team, ensuring clarity, coherence, and alignment with each portal’s tone of voice • Ensure the grammatical, spelling, and stylistic accuracy of French content, taking regional variations into account • Fact-check information and ensure textual consistency • Suggest structural and editorial improvements based on performance metrics, team feedback, and project objectives • Recommend adjustments to articles, pages, and other written materials • Collaborate on editorial planning, contributing to organization, standardization, and digital content best practices • Manage the review workflow independently while meeting deadlines • Serve as the final quality check before content is published on Beside Media’s French-language portals

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level French or equivalent proficiency • Strong command of French grammar, spelling, syntax, and style in digital contexts • Previous experience reviewing and editing digital content, including blogs, websites, articles, and institutional content • Ability to interpret and apply style guides and internal editorial guidelines • 100% manual review • Familiarity with SEO and web content best practices • Fluency in English is a significant advantage for international materials • Experience with content portals serving French-speaking markets • Experience working in high-volume editorial environments • Knowledge of WordPress and content management tools • Experience with Google Workspace and collaboration tools such as Notion, Trello, and Monday • Keen eye for brand consistency and tone of voice • Ability to provide structured editorial feedback to writers • Bachelor’s degree (information provided in the job posting)
