📋 Description

• Create videos for paid media based on campaign performance data such as ROI, CTR and RPM • Objectively analyze and adapt existing videos according to campaign performance data • Collaborate with team members to align video edits with the goals of each request and project • Apply best practices for visual content on social media • Review and refine content based on team feedback and performance metrics • Analyze competitors and benchmarks to identify visual opportunities and trends • Stay up to date on trends, developments and best practices in media and creative • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Produce deliverables that drive improved results for campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop • Experience creating videos for Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads • Ability to work with performance data to inform creative decisions • Familiarity with tools for data analysis, campaign planning, creative production and results analysis • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday and Notion • Basic Spanish and/or English • Portfolio of past work demonstrating graphic design and video editing skills • Knowledge of the digital market • Creativity, proactivity and the ability to propose new ideas • Degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing or related fields is a plus but not required
