📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of new features across the full stack • Set and uphold engineering standards: code quality, testing practices, and architectural patterns • Mentor and support developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions • Collaborate with Product Management to translate customer needs into technical solutions • Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tooling and agents to accelerate development workflows • Contribute to our technical roadmap and participate in architecture decisions • Work directly with customer-facing teams to understand real-world use cases and pain points

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years of professional software development experience, with at least one year in a tech lead or senior role • Strong C# and .NET backend development • React frontend knowledge • Design patterns and clean architecture • Hands-on experience developing with AI agents and modern AI-assisted development workflows • Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems • Experience working in agile or product-led engineering teams • Customer-first mindset • Collaborative, pragmatic, and curious
