📋 Description

• Process and analyze internal, market, and customer data • Create and maintain internal management reports and client-facing reports • Develop new features and perform ongoing enhancements and maintenance of the tools used by the consulting and sales teams • Support the customer service and sales teams • Optimize processes to improve productivity • Map, evaluate, and integrate market tools that add value to the product or improve productivity • Develop new BI-related products • Develop databases • Transform data into strategic insights to improve tools, processes, and reports, optimize decision-making, support teams, and drive productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, and others • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets • Analytical skills to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights • Data modeling skills • Problem-solving ability with a practical, results-oriented approach • Organization and attention to detail • Proven experience creating reports and dashboards using BI tools • Academic background in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or related fields • Knowledge of SQL and other database technologies • Experience working with large volumes of data and complex data sources • Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes • SQL knowledge for querying and manipulating large datasets is desirable • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is desirable
