📋 Description

• Translate collateral into economic and risk variables • Map how sufficiency, surplus release, and collateral baskets affect credit decisions • Design business rules for simulations involving capital, LGD, recoveries, limits, and pricing • Support pilot prioritization based on economic value • Validate metrics and assumptions with capital, risk, and credit specialists • Structure quantitative business cases for the pilots • Participate in an ICT-Itaú innovation project in partnership with Inova Talentos

🎯 Requirements

• Completed master’s degree • Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Quantitative Management, Data Science, or a related field • Knowledge of credit risk, LGD, recoveries, capital/RWA, pricing, risk appetite, credit limits, financial simulation, portfolio analysis, scenario modeling, SQL/Python, and the interpretation of business and regulatory rules • Availability to work 40 hours per week • Experience with implemented projects related to financial collateral, preferably in production, is desirable • Measurable results are desirable • Technical or scientific publications, or intellectual property registrations, related to the subject are desirable
