📋 Description

• Conduct prospecting and sales activities by phone and through digital platforms • Provide consultative, personalized service by identifying leads’ needs • Present and sell postgraduate courses to professionals in Physical Education, Nutrition, and Physiotherapy • Lead negotiations and prepare strategic commercial proposals • Work toward targets and performance indicators

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales, customer service through digital platforms, customer service centers, call centers, or similar areas • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills • Comfortable working with targets and performance indicators • Interest in professional growth and development • Focused, organized, and proactive profile • Experience selling educational programs is a plus • Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus • High school diploma or higher education is a plus • Desire to grow in sales

🏖️ Benefits

• 2% commission on the total product value for 1 to 11 sales • 2.5% commission on the total product value for 12 to 15 sales • R$800.00 bonus upon achieving 12 to 15 sales • 3% commission on the total product value from 16 sales onward • R$500.00 bonus upon reaching 21 sales • Home-based/remote work
