âą Assist Senior Sales and Retention agents in their sales and retention processes. âą Gather information from prospect customers using various communication systems (phone, IM, emails). âą Fill in gathered information in Forms, Applications, and Carriers' sites to generate quotes. âą Utilize insurance carriers' platforms & technology timely and accurately. âą Make submissions to underwriters. âą Manage emails and follow-up with calls for missing information and documentation.
âą Must speak and write Romanian fluently. âą Comprehension of the English language is a must (written/verbal). âą Must pass background check. âą PC Skills including MS Office required; technology-oriented attitude is a must. âą Higher education is a plus (business related preferred). âą Proactive team member with an effective collaborative mindset. âą Ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time under tight deadlines.
