📋 Description

• Assist Senior Sales and Retention agents in their sales and retention processes. • Gather information from prospect customers using various communication systems (phone, IM, emails). • Fill in gathered information in Forms, Applications, and Carriers' sites to generate quotes. • Utilize insurance carriers' platforms & technology timely and accurately. • Make submissions to underwriters. • Manage emails and follow-up with calls for missing information and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Must speak and write Romanian fluently. • Comprehension of the English language is a must (written/verbal). • Must pass background check. • PC Skills including MS Office required; technology-oriented attitude is a must. • Higher education is a plus (business related preferred). • Proactive team member with an effective collaborative mindset. • Ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time under tight deadlines.
