📋 Description
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and test plans • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks • Perform manual testing for complex and high-priority features • Identify, document, and track software defects and ensure timely resolution • Collaborate with development, product, and design teams to ensure quality delivery • Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews • Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system stability • Mentor and guide junior QA team members
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum 5+ years of experience in QA testing, including at least 2 years in a senior role • Strong experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java or Python • Solid understanding of manual testing methodologies • Experience working in Agile environments • Knowledge of performance and load testing tools • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
