• Support Modular Skid Packages, Wellhead Control Panels, and Pressure Regulation Systems for safe and efficient oil and gas operations. • Ensure compliance with custody transfer and fiscal metering standards, including uncertainty calculations, meter-factor determination, proving practices, audits, and reporting/ticketing rules. • Lead engineering, configuration, and setup of Flow Computers, including meter runs, communication maps, security levels, diagnostics, backups, reports, proving logic, and FAT simulation. • Apply API MPMS, AGA, ISO, and OIML/legal metrology requirements in metering system design, implementation, and auditing. • Perform detailed engineering and hands-on configuration of flow computers. • Translate customer and project requirements into URS, FDS, control narratives, sequence-of-operations documents, report/ticket definitions, and FAT/SAT procedures. • Prepare for and lead FAT, IFAT, SAT, commissioning, and start-up activities. • Configure and validate meter proving systems and proving reports. • Configure and validate operational and custody reports. • Troubleshoot flow computer issues involving communications, calculations, I/O, alarms, reports, memory, time synchronization, and backup/restore functionality. • Support integration with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and third-party systems. • Participate in design reviews, technical audits, documentation reviews, and training activities. • Ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance through commissioning and operational handover.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. • 8–10 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, control systems, or related engineering roles. • Hands-on experience with MCS, FCS, PLC systems, and SCADA. • Strong practical knowledge of custody transfer and fiscal metering principles, including custody basis, uncertainty calculations, meter-factor determination, proving practices, audit requirements, and metering ticket/reporting requirements. • Proven hands-on experience in the engineering, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Flow Computers. • Experience with one or more flow computer platforms such as OMNI, Emerson/Daniel, ABB/SpiritIT Flow-X, Honeywell, or equivalent systems. • Ability to configure meter runs, communication maps, security/access levels, diagnostics, backups/restores, reports, alarms, events, time synchronization, and system parameters. • Hands-on experience with meter proving systems, including proving sequences, detector inputs, repeatability checks, pass/fail criteria, meter-factor calculations, and proving reports. • Experience configuring and validating custody and operational reports, including daily, batch, proving, audit, alarm/event, and meter ticket reports. • Ability to translate customer/project requirements into technical deliverables such as URS, FDS, control narratives, sequence of operations, report/ticket specifications, and FAT/SAT procedures. • Proven experience in preparing for and leading FAT, IFAT, SAT, commissioning, start-up, and system handover activities.
