📋 Description

• Drive Manufacturing Excellence across all Integer Manufacturing Facilities • Design and implement sustainable systems enabling full engagement and world-class operational performance in safety, quality, delivery, lead-time, and cost • Deploy and evolve the Integer Production System • Coach sites in implementing Integer Production System elements • Provide training to sites on concepts and keys for success • Lead annual Hoshin Planning with Plant Leadership Teams • Create and deploy site transformation plans • Facilitate Lean Diagnosis Workshops and create strategic improvement plans for value streams • Challenge site paradigms and catalyze strategic thinking • Develop workshop profiles and facilitate cross-functional improvement events • Mentor teams through implementation to ensure sustainable success • Coach site leaders on strategic improvement, lean concepts, Gemba management, problem solving, and leadership • Promote Lean thinking through training, mentoring, and coaching across all organizational levels • Implement and sustain the Improvement Idea System • Involve associates in workshops and solutions • Celebrate wins and recognize associate and team contributions • Facilitate sharing of best practices across sites • Manage and develop direct reports through expectations, coaching, guidance, and individual development plans • Assist sites in achieving annual safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory goals • Increase engagement by developing Lean change agents • Achieve assigned goals and objectives • Enable and track incremental savings opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is preferred • 10 years industrial experience in driving continuous improvement • Plant Continuous Improvement Manager experience preferred • Knowledge of Hoshin Planning • Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping • Knowledge of Workplace Organization and Visual Controls (5S) • Knowledge of Manufacturing Standardized Work • Knowledge of Manufacturing Training & Certification • Knowledge of Built-in Quality • Knowledge of Scheduling & Material Operating System • Knowledge of Manufacturing Cell Design • Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance • Knowledge of Leader Standard Work • Knowledge of Production Monitoring & Improvement Process • Change agent mentality • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization • Well-developed skills for planning, executing and delivering projects to expected results • Ability to motivate, coach and teach • Ability to facilitate workshop events • Spirit of teamwork and cooperation and desire to lead • Passion for excellence
