📋 Description

• Coordinate caregiver schedules • Fill open shifts • Manage call-offs and coverage • Communicate with clients and caregivers • Handle calls, texts, and emails • Update scheduling information • Support daily operations

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English • Strong communication skills • Customer service experience • Excellent organization • Ability to multitask • Reliable internet and computer • Available for evening shifts • Scheduling experience preferred • U.S. customer service experience preferred • Healthcare/Home Care experience preferred • CRM or scheduling software experience preferred • WellSky experience is a plus
