📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, analyses, and reporting solutions in TIBCO Spotfire • Own end-to-end delivery of BI solutions, including requirements, data modeling, calculations, and report/dashboard development • Shape design approach and architecture for data models and calculations • Set patterns other developers can build on • Oversee version control and deployment processes via GitHub • Conduct code review and approve team members' contributions • Partner with data engineers, architects, and product teams to resolve data and quality issues proactively • Identify and escalate risks or inefficiencies early • Mentor team members and guide their design decisions • Define and drive adoption of BI standards and best practices • Operate independently and exercise judgment on trade-offs without requiring sign-off

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of BI development experience • Significant hands-on experience designing and developing dashboards, visualizations, analyses, and reporting solutions in TIBCO Spotfire • Experience with Power BI • Willingness to work across multiple BI and visualization platforms as business needs evolve • Strong data modeling skills, including star schema, relationships, and performance tuning at scale • Familiarity with multi-tenant data architecture and Row-Level Security (RLS) • Practical GitHub experience in a team deployment workflow • Proven ability to own deliverables independently • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proactive and detail-oriented, with consistent follow-through • Comfortable in a high-pace, evolving environment • Adaptable across BI/visualization platforms • Applicants for employment in the US must have valid work authorization that does not now and/or will not in the future require visa sponsorship
