📋 Description

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support • Provide Critical Incident Stress Management/Support (CISM/CISP) to individuals or groups affected by critical incidents, traumatic events, or high-stress situations • Support clients experiencing mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more • Apply evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to assessment, intervention, and psychological support • Partner with the internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes • Provide timely documentation and case notes according to clinical and platform requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology • CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.) • Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours • Fluency in Arabic and English • Proficiency in Hejazi Arabic is preferred • EAP experience, CISP Experience, or Group counseling preferred • Openness to occasional onsite work is a bonus
