📋 Description

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support • Treat cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more • Partner with the internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health care through Intellect’s telehealth platform

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology • Expertise in CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.) • Must hold a valid and active SIPP (Surat Izin Praktik Psikolog) or SIPPK (Surat Izin Praktik Psikolog Klinis) issued in Indonesia • Must hold current registration (STRP) • Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia • EAP experience, adult counseling, or managerial coaching preferred • Openness to occasional onsite work is a bonus
