📋 Description

• Translate business requirements into DLT-based technical solutions aligned with business objectives and user needs • Work with sales teams and potential clients to understand technical requirements and business goals • Design architectures for tokenization platforms, settlement and custody flows, and ledger network topologies • Serve as a technical authority on DLT during presales • Advise clients on platform selection, privacy models, interoperability, and business impacts • Answer client technical questions and concerns • Collaborate with sales and project management teams on proposals containing technical specifications, timelines, and cost estimates • Ensure proposed architectures are feasible, scalable, and aligned with client expectations • Identify opportunities to combine DLT solutions with AI capabilities such as LLM-based automation, analytics, and compliance monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent technical experience • 10+ years of experience as Solution Architect, including 5+ years designing and delivering DLT or blockchain solutions in production • Proven hands-on experience with distributed ledger frameworks and networks, including Hyperledger Besu, Canton, Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains, Corda, and Hyperledger Fabric • Deep understanding of DLT architecture, including consensus mechanisms, node and network topology, privacy and confidentiality models, key management and custody, and interoperability and cross-chain integration • Proficiency in Java with hands-on experience building and deploying complex systems, including integrating ledgers with enterprise and legacy systems • Deep understanding of architectural patterns such as microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures • Ability to choose the most appropriate architectural pattern based on project requirements and constraints • Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform • Experience deploying and operating ledger nodes and networks • Knowledge of cloud-specific services, deployment models, and best practices for scalability, availability, and security • Strong experience with smart contract development and design, including Solidity, Daml, token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-1400, and ERC-3643, and secure contract design patterns • Advanced knowledge of security principles, data protection, and compliance standards relevant to software architecture • Experience designing secure systems that meet regulatory requirements, including GDPR, MiCA, and financial-sector regulation • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools • Ability to integrate automated testing, including smart contract testing and audits, deployment, and monitoring into the software development lifecycle • Experience in capital markets or digital asset projects is a plus • Experience in AI projects, including LLMs and ML techniques, is a plus • Contributions to open-source DLT projects or recognized certifications in blockchain technologies are a plus • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to explain complex DLT concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to manage multiple customer prospects and projects simultaneously • Proven people management and leadership abilities
