📋 Description

• Own solution architecture for complex NetSuite implementations from discovery and requirements definition through design, build, testing, deployment and post-go-live transition • Lead client solution-design workshops and translate functional and technical requirements into NetSuite solutions • Design solutions using standard NetSuite functionality, configuration, customisation, integration and bespoke development where appropriate • Define NetSuite’s role within wider corporate software stacks and design best-practice integration flows • Perform complex NetSuite configuration and technical problem-solving • Collaborate with the Technical Team on NetSuite development and third-party integrations • Produce solution architecture, technical designs and supporting documentation • Act as senior technical escalation point for complex issues • Work with consultants, developers, project managers and client stakeholders to align design decisions • Review technical designs for quality, performance, scalability and maintainability • Support estimation and scoping, identifying dependencies, risks and discovery needs • Drive responsible AI adoption across the NetSuite practice • Contribute to delivery approaches, technical standards and best practices through coaching and technical guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering NetSuite solutions, including significant experience on complex, end-to-end implementations • Strong NetSuite solution architecture capability across multiple business processes and functional areas • Strong functional understanding of NetSuite beyond purely technical development requirements • Ability to run discovery and solution-design conversations and translate business requirements into pragmatic, scalable technical and functional designs • Excellent problem-solving skills and ownership of complex architectural and technical challenges • Strong consulting skills and ability to build credibility with senior client stakeholders • Experience estimating complex work and identifying architectural risks, dependencies and trade-offs • Strong understanding of implementation methodology, testing, deployment, data migration and go-live considerations • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Collaborative approach and willingness to share expertise, review others’ work and raise technical standards • Sound judgement when configuring, customising, integrating or simplifying solutions, with focus on long-term supportability and scalability
