📋 Description

• Monitoring and administration of servers • Maintenance of the internal monitoring system • Development and maintenance of the IT infrastructure • Managing infrastructure as code, e.g., with Terraform and Ansible • Integrating and continuously improving security checks in CI/CD pipelines following a shift-left approach • Performing regular vulnerability scans and penetration tests • Managing secrets and access credentials • Ensuring compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements, e.g., ISO 27001 and GDPR • Conducting threat modeling and early assessment of security risks • Documenting processes and infrastructure • Monitoring current trends and introducing new tools and best practices • Advising colleagues on security-related issues • Taking independent responsibility for central parts of the IT infrastructure • Establishing security standards and best practices within the team • Independently automating processes • Shaping the DevSecOps culture

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics) or comparable practical experience • Solid knowledge in administering Linux servers • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their secure operation • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) • Good understanding of networks, firewalls, and common security concepts
