📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for a defined product area, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical realities • Run discovery with customers, stakeholders, and data to identify problems and validate solutions • Translate opportunities into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Partner with engineering to deliver products from concept through launch • Collaborate with UI/UX to shape intuitive, high-quality experiences and coordinate prototypes and design assets • Prioritize and maintain the backlog and participate in Agile ceremonies • Track product performance through metrics, customer satisfaction, and usability feedback • Monitor competitive and market dynamics and incorporate insights into planning • Communicate progress, risks, and timelines to stakeholders • Collaborate with other product managers to align priorities and ensure a coherent product experience

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product sense for AI-powered features, including reasoning about LLMs and AI agents • 3+ years of product management experience delivering software products, ideally in a SaaS environment • Demonstrated ownership of a product area or feature set from discovery through launch • Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data and customer feedback for decisions • Good sense for UI/UX and usability • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience working with Scrum or other Agile frameworks • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience • Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency • Strong asynchronous communication skills
