📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for a defined product area, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical realities • Run discovery with customers, stakeholders, and data to identify problems worth solving and validate solutions • Translate opportunities into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Partner with engineering to deliver product features from concept through launch • Work closely with UI/UX to shape intuitive, high-quality experiences and coordinate prototypes and design assets • Prioritize and maintain a healthy backlog and participate actively in Agile ceremonies • Track product performance through metrics, customer satisfaction, and usability feedback, and act on findings • Monitor competitive and market dynamics and feed insights into planning • Communicate progress, risks, and timelines to stakeholders and manage expectations proactively • Collaborate with other product managers to align priorities and ensure a coherent product experience • Shape product strategy and roadmap in partnership with the Senior Product Manager or team lead

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product sense for AI-powered features, including reasoning about what LLMs and AI agents can and can’t do • 3+ years of product management experience delivering software products, ideally in a SaaS environment • Demonstrated ownership of a product area or feature set from discovery through launch • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data and customer feedback to make decisions • Good sense for UI/UX and usability, with the ability to partner effectively with design • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience working with Scrum or other Agile frameworks alongside engineering teams • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience • Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency, with strong asynchronous communication skills • Experience building customer-facing AI or data-driven products • Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation, including A/B testing, funnel and usage analysis • Experience with UCaaS/CCaaS or other SaaS products • Familiarity with modern AI concepts, LLMs, or machine learning workflows
