📋 Description
• Manage medical cases for travellers abroad by assessing calls, gathering clinical details, and providing clear, professional advice • Coordinate care and transport with global teams to arrange treatment or other support • Guide patients and clients toward safe, cost-effective decisions aligned with policy and duty of care • Liaise with Assistance Centres, treating physicians, and claims teams for seamless case progression • Provide expert medical guidance and coordinate care for individuals experiencing health issues while traveling
🎯 Requirements
• Registered Nurse with acute, emergency or intensive care experience • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills • Ability to adapt to new systems and keep up to date with new technology • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment • Previous medical assistance or travel health experience is desirable • Excellent written and spoken Italian and English required • Flexibility to work from different locations as directed by the company
