• Lead quality assurance and patient safety initiatives across partner hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities • Investigate quality-related incidents, complaints, and grievances and recommend corrective actions • Conduct quality reviews, audits, and case evaluations to ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards • Analyze quality and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities • Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement and risk mitigation plans • Collaborate with internal teams and healthcare facilities to improve patient outcomes and service quality • Prepare quality reports and provide recommendations to stakeholders • Support continuous improvement activities, clinical governance, and best practice implementation
• Business-level English and native-level Japanese proficiency • Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of clinical experience • Experience in quality assurance, patient safety, clinical governance, healthcare management, or a related field • Experience conducting investigations, audits, or quality improvement projects • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Fully remote position based in Japan • One-year fixed-term contract • Occasional domestic travel may be required
