• Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets • Create reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization • Work directly with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, present deliverables and findings, and build important relationships • Work closely with managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers • Proactively analyse data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity • Create and maintain interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from several data sources
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics or equivalent experience • 1+ years of experience in a similar role • Proven analytical skills • Knowledge in Python, R, SAS or similar is a plus • Hands-on experience with data modelling • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Passionate about technology, process and people • Desire and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Strong teamwork & interpersonal skills • Ability to approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm and innovation • Desire to learn and improve • Understanding and experience of data analytics and business intelligence visualization tools e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Tibco Spotfire • Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment • Very good Microsoft Office knowledge • Business knowledge of 3rd or 2nd party supplier audits and related processes a strong plus
