📋 Description

• Deliver high-impact live sessions on Agentic AI and Machine Learning • Lead small-group coaching sessions for hands-on problem-solving and doubt resolution • Run assignment reviews to reinforce concepts and deepen understanding • Conduct mock interviews covering ML System Design and Coding, with actionable feedback • Provide 1:1 mentorship on career transitions and interview preparation • Host cohort orientations to drive engagement and set expectations • Own end-to-end Agentic AI/ML curriculum, including content, assignments, and projects • Continuously update materials with the latest tools, trends, and industry practices • Design evaluation frameworks, rubrics, and assessments • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality and learner outcomes • Create masterclasses, webinars, and video content to drive learner growth • Publish and review technical content, including blogs, social content, and insights • Represent Interview Kickstart at events, meetups, and conferences • Mentor and onboard instructors and teaching assistants; set quality benchmarks • Collaborate to raise teaching standards across the platform • Use learner feedback, ratings, and data to improve delivery quality

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Software/ML Engineering (Tier-1 / FAANG+ preferred) • Strong in DSA, System Design, and ML Systems • Hands-on experience in Agentic AI / ML (production-level) • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and driving learner success • Ability to simplify complex concepts clearly and engagingly • Strong communication skills and learner empathy • Prior teaching, mentoring, or content creation experience (standout qualification) • Hiring/interviewing experience at top tech companies (standout qualification) • Research, open-source, or advanced degree in a relevant field (standout qualification) • Willingness to move to a full-time teaching role • Experience working in Tier 1 companies such as Google, Amazon, Adobe, or Microsoft
