📋 Description

• Facilitate technical interviews with software developers through Karat's platform • Create an enjoyable candidate experience while evaluating fundamental coding skills and technical knowledge • Provide input on candidate performance, coding style, communication skills, knowledge-question answers, and coding approach • Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products • Create inclusive hiring processes by mitigating bias, improving hiring signals, and completing objective evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills • Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable Internet connection • Experience conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms) • Resume must be submitted in English • Candidates must be located in Argentina / eligible countries listed on Karat's website
