📋 Description

• Facilitate technical interviews with software developers through Karat's platform • Create an enjoyable candidate experience while evaluating fundamental coding skills and technical knowledge • Provide input on candidate performance, coding style, communication skills, knowledge-question answers, and coding approach • Collaborate with Karat to test interview content, processes, and products • Mitigate bias, improve hiring signals, and complete objective evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) • High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills • Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and stable Internet connection • Resumes must be submitted in English • Experience conducting technical interviews is preferred, including data structures and algorithms
