📋 Description

• As the central interface, you confidently coordinate communication between external valuers, outsourcing partners and internal specialist departments • You contribute your expertise to valuation-related issues and are responsible for external property valuations – acquisitions or routine valuations, both domestic and international • Together with your team members and using the latest technologies, you accompany the entire valuation process, check plausibility and ensure the final quality of the reports for our approx. 1,800 properties • In this position you also review and approve valuer invoices to ensure an efficient and transparent process • In addition, as Valuation Manager you conduct analyses, develop your own value forecasts and contribute to projects

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Real Estate Management or a comparable qualification • Several years of practical experience in real estate valuation – ideally in a valuation firm, an asset management company or similar • Team spirit, openness, an absolute hands-on mentality and a strong willingness to take on responsibility • Communication and organizational talent, analytical thinking and a high standard of quality • Confidence when dealing with internal and external stakeholders • Good English skills are a plus
