📋 Description

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to identify sales opportunities within existing and new targeted accounts. • Closing deals and supporting customer onboarding, workflow analyses and optimizations, customer training and application support. • Holding customer meetings and supporting sales and marketing efforts with customer presentations and product demos. • Embracing Digital Solutions and driving further expansion of digital offerings. • Providing input and support in Marketing and Business Development as well as internal and external training in partnership with regional marketing and commercial teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. • Engineering or medical background preferred. • 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices. • 2+ years’ experience in procedural / Or healthcare software preferred. • Success in introducing new technologies to the market. • Excellent selling skills and ability to quickly build credibility with a highly educated customer base. • Result-driven with a strong sense of accountability. • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment with deep understanding of clinical workflows in the OR (MIS Surgery, Endoscopy) and of the hospital IT and EMR / PACS markets. • Ability to communicate complex IT environments to different audiences. • Experienced working with KOLs in MIS Surgery, Robotic Surgery and Endoscopy in the assigned region preferred. • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and work in a fast-paced matrix environment. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a broad organization with a variety of focuses. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Fluency French and English mandatory. • Travel required up to 70% (domestic, regional, and international).
