📋 Description

• Develop and execute applied health economic value creation and demonstration strategies supporting Sales, Marketing, healthcare providers, hospitals, IDN systems, and surgeons/physicians • Demonstrate the applied clinical and economic value of Intuitive technologies • Create and disseminate clinical and economic materials, potential analyses, program benchmarking, procedure analytics, predictive and utility modeling, profitability analyses, return-on-investment and business-impact models, market archetype segmentation strategies, and strategic industry insights • Provide strategic, economic, and analytical insights supporting sales approaches and C-suite relationships • Translate customer data into strategic recommendations and actions to improve and grow da Vinci programs • Identify and leverage national and regional hospital claims data and other big-data sources • Perform clinical and economic Quantify The Impact or potential analyses • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Market Access to co-lead customer alignment meetings with hospitals, IDN systems, and surgeons • Design and roll out QTI and analytics-solution training for the sales force • Ensure methodologies, platforms, and tools are available for deployment • Engineer health economic market assessments covering stakeholders, barriers, trends, unmet needs, strategic imperatives, prioritization, segmentation, targeting, messaging, and positioning • Support reimbursement strategy developed by Global Access Value and Economics and French Leadership • Partner globally with Marketing, Sales, GAVE, and French Leadership to create and disseminate evidence on Intuitive products and their total economic and clinical value • Provide voice-of-customer feedback on clinical and economic challenges • Generate product solution ideas for customer issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Hospital or Healthcare Business Economics • 6+ years of relevant experience in health economics, marketing, sales, market development, or healthcare consulting • Experience in healthcare, pharma, medical device, or hospital/health system industry required • Extensive experience in health economics, market and patient access, and interaction with hospital stakeholders and decision makers • Working knowledge of the French healthcare system, hospital providers, surgeons, technology assessment agencies, reimbursement systems, and trends impacting technology adoption • Understanding of disease and clinical pathways, inpatient and surgical treatment approaches, hospital inpatient settings, product IFU, and supportive health information levels of evidence • Experience presenting and defending clinical and economic evidence to C-suite clinical and economic decision makers • Ability to manage regional health economic thought leaders and key subject matter expert relationships • Strong reporting, project management, analytical, and prioritization skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau • Geographically located in France • Fluent in English • Willingness to travel 50% of the time • Experience performing customized economic assessments and highlighting meaningful influences and trends impacting robotics
