• Develop and execute applied health economic value creation and demonstration strategies • Support Sales, Marketing, healthcare providers, hospitals, IDN systems, and surgeons/physicians • Demonstrate the clinical and economic value of Intuitive technologies • Create and disseminate clinical and economic materials, potential analyses, program benchmarking, procedure analytics, predictive and utility models, profitability analyses, ROI and business impact models, market segmentation strategies, and industry insights • Provide strategic, economic, and analytical insights to support Sales and grow C-suite relationships and partnerships • Translate customer, profitability, program-benchmarking, procedure, and efficiency data into strategic recommendations to improve and grow da Vinci programs • Identify and leverage hospital claims data and other big-data sources • Perform clinical and economic evidence-based Quantify The Impact or potential analyses • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Market Access to lead customer alignment meetings with hospitals, IDN systems, and surgeons • Design and roll out QTI and analytics training for the sales force • Engineer health economic market assessments covering stakeholders, barriers, trends, unmet needs, strategic imperatives, prioritization, segmentation, targeting, messaging, and positioning • Support reimbursement strategy with the Global Access Value and Economics department and French Leadership • Partner in a global matrix to create and disseminate total economic and clinical value evidence • Provide voice-of-customer feedback on clinical and economic challenges • Generate product solutions to customer clinical and economic issues
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Hospital or Healthcare Business Economics • 6+ years’ relevant experience in health economics, marketing, sales, market development, or healthcare consulting • Healthcare, pharma, medical device, or hospital/health system industry experience required • Extensive experience in health economics, market and patient access, and interaction with hospital stakeholders and decision makers required • Working knowledge of the French healthcare system, hospital providers, surgeons, technology assessment agencies, reimbursement systems, and adoption trends • Understanding of disease and clinical pathways, inpatient and surgical treatment approaches, hospital inpatient settings, product IFU, and supportive health information levels of evidence • Experience presenting and defending clinical and economic evidence to C-suite decision makers • Ability to manage regional health economic thought leaders and subject matter expert relationships • Strong reporting, project management, analytical, and prioritization skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau • Geographically located in France • Fluent in English • Willingness to travel 50% of the time • Experience performing customized economic assessments and identifying meaningful influences and trends impacting robotics
