📋 Description

• Implement and execute marketing programs for the assigned Benelux territory • Drive adoption and growth of da Vinci surgical procedures • Develop marketing tactics for General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, and Thoracic Surgery • Understand market conditions, outcomes, customer segments, reimbursement, surgical techniques, and key opinion leaders • Collaborate with European marketing, local sales leadership, clinical sales, capital sales, and training teams • Deliver clinical and capital marketing and sales tools to support procedure, product, and system sales goals • Develop surgeon, teacher, case observation, executive, and proctor key opinion leaders • Create and implement robotic clinical education programs and symposia • Develop reproducible surgical techniques that improve clinical outcomes • Support cost-effectiveness and value strategies with the Local Market Access Manager team • Collect, analyze, and share competitive data for strategic positioning • Validate clinical and economic data with reference centers, surgeon champions, and proctors • Develop Intuitive’s presence at national conferences, robotics symposia, postgraduate courses, live surgical broadcasts, and trade shows • Manage marketing projects, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional priorities

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in life science or business discipline • Minimum 6 years of related experience with a university degree, or equivalent experience • Clinical/product marketing experience in a therapeutic medical device company • General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, or Thoracic experience preferred • Strong clinical, surgical, and/or operating theatre experience desired • Ability to position procedure/product messages and develop sales support to drive adoption • Success building and delivering clinical education and marketing programs • Experience integrating business insights into broad marketing strategies and plans • Experience managing departmental and cross-functional projects in the medical device or related industry • Ability to analyze data and evaluate identifiable factors • Project management skills, including budgeting, organization, prioritization, and managing multiple tasks • Ability to influence peers and build credibility with highly educated customers • Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills • Strong knowledge of MS Office • Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus • Ability to travel 50% domestically and internationally
