📋 Description

• Record short lines and paragraphs in the dominant language using friendly, neutral, and authoritative tones • Participate in paired or group script readings with other Indonesian speakers, typically around five minutes • Follow direction and retake recordings as needed for timing, emphasis, and clarity • Submit clean, well-labeled audio files on schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Near-native proficiency in Indonesian • Must speak 2 languages well, preferably non-English • Native fluency in Indonesian and equal, near-native, or working proficiency in the other language • Native-level fluency and strong, easy-to-understand speech • Silent recording environment with no background noise, echo, or hum • Good microphone and stable recording setup; USB/XLR microphone and pop filter if possible • Ability to follow briefs and take notes on pronunciation or style • Secure computer, high-quality microphone and recording setup, and stable internet connection • Prior voiceover, voice acting, podcasting, or on-mic experience is a nice-to-have • Basic audio hygiene is a nice-to-have; no heavy editing required
