📋 Description

• Converse with advanced language models in English and French on real-world insurance scenarios and technical questions • Challenge models on underwriting, claims processing, policy design, actuarial analysis, reinsurance, risk management, insurance products, fraud detection, regulatory frameworks, and customer communication • Verify factual accuracy and industry logic • Document model failure modes • Capture reproducible error traces • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Help create high-quality training data for AI supporting financial literacy, risk analysis, claims automation, customer experiences, and regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in French • Conversational ability in both English and French on real-world insurance scenarios and technical questions • Expertise in underwriting, claims processing, policy design, actuarial analysis, reinsurance, and risk management • Deep knowledge of insurance practices and regulations in French-speaking regions • Knowledge of life, health, property, casualty, and commercial insurance • Knowledge of fraud detection, regulatory frameworks, and customer communication • Ability to verify factual accuracy and industry logic • Ability to capture reproducible error traces • Ability to suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to “show your work” • Professional insurance certification (e.g., CPCU, AIC) signals fit • Hands-on experience in the insurance industry signals fit
